The view was absolutly stunning!!!!!! For the price, this is really worth it. The staff was really helpful and nice. The room was spacious and clean. Love everything to be honest. For the location, it's in between every attraction I want to go so that's why I chose this place so for me it's pretty convenient. Will definitely book again if I'm back in Lijiang!

We had the best time in Vento! The room was spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing and calming. The lake view and snow mountain view was spectacular. The hotel staff members were all so nice, and I mean everyone that we came across! They prepared afternoon tea and packed a special takeaway breakfast for our morning hike to Yulong Snow mountain, a sweet gesture we really appreciated. After visiting Kunming, Dali and Lijiang, this hotel by far exceeds all expectations. Highly recommended!!! Kudos to the amazing team who serve with hearts and passion 😊♥️

Excellent! The hotel has a beautiful environment, is very clean, and the service is warm and inviting. You can even see the sunset over the Golden Mountain from the room. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

very nice hotel with super duper friendly staff and fabulous service. they tried to accommodate to anything we need. views were suberb as well. cleanliness was tiptop, well stocked with amenities. definitely will stay again/ recommend to friends.

I just want to show my appreciation to the staff at the motel!  First of all, the staff was super nice and attentive! She spoke softly and gently.  And most importantly, we booked for the most expensive type of room, and it’s definitely worth it! The view was amazing!!!  The room was also spotlessly clean, with heater and humidifier (which are crucial in winter)  Honestly, there is not much in the neighbourhood, but I did enjoy the quietness and peaceful moments there! We took a free taxi (offered by the staff) and visited lijiang old town (around 20 mins away)  The breakfast was good enough (given it’s a small motel) My kids got their portion of breakfast for free too. And the staff kept asking if we needed more!  I wish I had stayed for 1-2 days so I could have more time to enjoy the peaceful time!  Will surely recommend this place!

Thanks to my friends for recommending this B&B in Yunnan; it's hands down the best I've ever stayed at in mainland China. It boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning reservoir lake views and the beautiful 'golden mountain in the sun' scenery. I was immediately awestruck by the view the moment I walked in. The decor is incredibly relaxing, simple, clean, and yet thoughtfully detailed. Breakfast and afternoon tea were both delicious. The coffee was also well-prepared. The staff were friendly and lovely. You can see the 'sun-kissed golden mountains' right from the balcony. The room and service were also exceptional. They even thoughtfully sent a small gift for Christmas 🎄. This was truly the warmest stop on my journey 😊😊😊

The view was exactly as described, and the staff were so friendly and hospitable. They even accommodated to our vegetarian dietary requirements and made our breakfast sets separately. Location was a little bit difficult to get to by walking but very convenient by Didi, easily a short car ride away from the ancient town. Wished we stayed for longer and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area 😍

It was a pleasure to stay in this cozy hotel, which was popular with Malaysians and Singaporeans. The hotel had great views of the river and autumn trees, and because it was off-peak season, the hotel gave us a room upgrade. There was breakfast and afternoon tea provided every day which we appreciated. The hotel staff were also very accommodating to our questions and requests on WeChat.

The lady at the front desk was so warm and helpful, even assisting us with collecting our package. We're incredibly grateful! The room was very clean, and the window view was stunning, offering both sunrise and sunset. Afternoon tea was also provided. Overall, our stay was fantastic and great value for money.
