Fantastic hotel and location, right in the centre of the old town with beautiful rooms and amazing views of the jade dragon snow mountain. The hotel manager was wonderfully helpful and very friendly, she was contactable at a moments notice and able to help with all of our needs and organise trips as well as food for us in short notice, she was absolutely fantastic, I would highly recommend this place.

Location is perfect, stay inside ancient city but won't getting too crowded for night sleep. Accessible for ancient city's attractions sightseeing. We are getting room upgraded. Room is spacious, amenities were nice and environmentally clean. Hotel owners are nice and friendly, 小夏 is helpful and recommended us on our trip planning to enjoy in lijiang trip. They always treat us 鲜花饼 and 普洱茶 when we return to hotel and chatting😊. We will definitely come back again when we have next trip here again.

As the room rate is quite cheap. So i did not expect any good service or very nice accommodation. But what I received during the stay was over my expectations especially service from the lady at the hotel. She helped us alot and took ver good care of us. It was more than what we paid.

The hotel is very nice location, close to the shop street but not noisy very quiet place to rest. The facilities are super!! Clean Toilets and Shower Room (with warm water system). The view from balcony to Lijiang old town is very magnificent!! However, I think the best of this hotel is the service and the hospitality of the staffs and owner (they are very nice and ask me anytime when I'm going outside to make sure that I can reach to that destination without any problems) And for the foreigners who are afraid of speaking Chinese you can chat google translate to communicate with staffs. (I used roaming service from my country so I still can use google service)

floor was not super clean but they do provide slipper so that’s ok. literally watched the housekeeper walk in w her outside shoes.
hosts were very kind and hospitable. note: do call them on WeChat/ ask your cab driver to call them to pick you up at the entrance. it’s impossible to lug your luggage in.

Nice hotel, nice room at centre location inside the old town, easy walk to anywhere.
Staff was very helpful to pick up us to hotel from Big Wheel, even take us to bus stop when we ask him to show us the way to get there (15min walking from hotel). English is not popular there, we just can communicate via a little Google translate.
We definitely will come back. Thank you Baisufang.
