The service is very good, because we took our children and parents, and we booked two rooms on different floors on Ctrip. We changed our rooms specially for the customers. It was really warm. Thank you for the warm hospitality of the boss.

麗江温馨精品客棧就是個黑店，手機預訂入住，當時説沒有收到訂單，讓我前台付費，酒店再三強調不會讓二次扣款，前台付費之後，離店又要扣款，既然訂單沒有生成，為什麼要扣款？已經前台付款了，再次扣款，這就是黑店。

謹慎入住，優點就是距離古城南門近，但是酒店的設施，床單，衞生真的很難讓人接受，而且隔音也很差，每天晚上2點左右古城的人開始收攤，早上7點又有出發的人。滿屋的蚊子，去之前門都是開着的，一晚上被叮了7個大包。

老闆很好免費升級房間，不過酒店外面有點吵，7點後基本會吵醒，南門口一進來就到了，交通很方便，性價比也還可以，兩天裏有一天熱水不夠。

有的房間黴味比較重，外面停車場很吵，來來回回停車，都是來旅遊的，一大家子。外面環境還可以，交通也很便利，老闆人也不錯。

除了交通比較方便之外其他的很一般，而且客棧老闆一直推薦要去她那邊買遊玩的景點和門票之類的，我們沒有買就一直追問，沒定好像很不情願的樣子，定了一個衹玩藍月谷的小團説好的衹玩藍月谷，結果過去了還是要等上去玉龍雪山的人下來才開車回去，我們逛完藍月谷出來整整等了一兩個小時，山下風大吹着回來全生病了，導致後面本來訂好的行程也都沒玩了
