I recently stayed at Shylie Ruwan Shiguang and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff/hospitality/service was exceptional — everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean/spacious/comfortable with all the amenities I needed. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, and the staff made our stay extra special with thoughtful touches. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. Overall, I felt very well taken care of and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang.

We felt warmly welcomed and treated with such kindness during our stay. The room is cozy and modern with heating. We booked 2 nights and extended 2 more nights. Thank you for arranging transport and helping to bring our luggage from the hotel to the entrance.

It's very clean and beautiful. The interior is very calming. I tried to book the bus that cost 30rmb to TLG but the staff tried to support me in buy from a more expensive bus operator. Ortner than that they are very nice and concerned other their guests health re altitude sickness. But for us anything beneath 3000m is doable so we didn't buy oxygen bottles. We also got a free upgrade to a better room due to unavailability for the one we book.

The hotel rooms are so pretty and the location is quiet good as it is only 5 minutes walk to the nearest drop off point by the taxi. All the ammenities are complete and the hotel has washer and dryer. The staff also help us bring our luggages to and from the hotel during check in and check out which I'm so thankful for. Will repeat staying at this hotel if we come to Lijiang again!

the hotel was so pretty!!! and it's located in the ancient town though it took some time for you to reach the center but it's ok with me. the hospitality was really great as well, they kept on checking on us and see if we needed anything. anyway, great stay!!

We had a great stay in the accommodation. The accommodation owner (小涛） was very friendly and shared with us a lot of good tips during our stay. The accommodation is also at the quieter side of the ancient town which is peaceful away from the crowd and quick access (5min walk) to the main road to hail for rides to explore out of the ancient town and day trips in Lijiang.

The room is in ancient city. Very nice room. Complete with amenities. Good services and hospitality. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Located slightly outside the main attractions within the old town, which is good if you enjoy peace and quiet. Also good as it is not too far from the main road (so you don't have to drag your luggage along the countless cobbled streets). 800m walk from the typical tourist bus pickup point location, can be tiring if with family.

I have good memories of staying here. I prefer to stay here because it is quite peaceful and at the same time I can enjoy good scenery of Lijiang Ancient City. During our first day, we have been treated with black tea, which I love it so much. The owners were super nice and friendly with us and they are very helpful and entertain our need nicely. I stayed here for 3 nights which make we to repeat again my stay in here if I have a chance to visit Lijiang again in the future. What I love about this hotel and Lijiang, people are so nice, friendly and helpful. I never have a feeling of being a stranger in China❤️

Everything is ok, staff is helpful and friendly, they will help you to bring your baggage to their hotel from gu cheng gate also.

What A Memorable Stay❤️ The ambiance of the hotel was very good and cozy. Our room was spacious, meticulously clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Oh.. I love x10000 the hair conditioner provided by the hotel 💞💞‼️‼️as shown in the picture 😁😁 The host is friendly and also knowledgeable about local attractions and dining&hangout recommendations.. The bar he recommended was very nice ‼️👏👏👏 liveband performance was superb.. we love it so much
