Absolutely wonderful! We had a driver waiting for us upon arrival, and a friendly staff member carried our luggage. The lovely owner even walked with us and chatted along the way. It was truly delightful. Sitting out on the balcony at night was so relaxing, with the sounds of live music drifting up from the pubs below.

The environment of the room was great, with a comfortable view. The service was excellent and very polite. Breakfast was rich and delicious. In the evening, you could also enjoy tea and chat downstairs. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍👍👍

The room was on a high floor with a great view. We also got airport pick-up service since we stayed multiple nights. The roads in the ancient city are not easy to navigate, so it was fantastic to have a butler help us with our luggage when we arrived and also when we left.

The service was excellent, and they responded to messages very quickly! Most importantly, the breakfast was not only delicious but the setting was also beautiful! 👍🏻 The room was very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 😄

This hotel in Lijiang completely exceeded my expectations! Located in the heart of Lijiang Old Town, it manages to be a tranquil haven amidst the hustle and bustle. The traditional Naxi courtyard, with its 'three rooms and one screen wall' layout, paired with blue-tiled wooden buildings, offers a beautiful scene at every turn. Every photo I took looked like a masterpiece, providing an immersive experience into the rich Naxi culture. The location is absolutely fantastic. It's just a few minutes' walk to Sifang Street, so you can easily pop back to the hotel to rest whenever you get tired of exploring, saving you from unnecessary detours. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service was simply impeccable. From check-in to check-out, it was efficient and thoughtful throughout. The front desk staff proactively offered tips for exploring the Old Town, porters helped with luggage, and the room service was prompt and attentive, even providing local specialty teas and snacks. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, including freshly cooked small-pot rice noodles. The hotel also has a viewing terrace where you can overlook the entire Old Town and gaze at Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the distance, truly setting the perfect mood. It's perfectly suited for couples, families, or solo travelers. Staying at this hotel in Lijiang Old Town truly unlocks the slow-paced lifestyle. It was definitely the best decision of this trip – a guaranteed fantastic choice!
