The suite's setup is perfect for families with two children, keeping up with the times and aligning with the current national policy encouraging childbirth. Ms. Qianyue at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and, despite our late evening arrival, still made sure to send us afternoon tea. Even though we said we didn't need a refund for unused services in our package, the hotel still proactively credited us for those benefits after we checked out. This is a business with integrity, highly commendable. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Heilongtan Park, making it easy to see the 'Golden Mountain in the Sun' and the reflection of the snowy mountains. Xiangshan Comprehensive Market is just a few minutes' walk away, perfect for buying fresh fruit. The hotel breakfast is also delicious, and the lobby even thoughtfully provides convenient amenities like ginger tea. A truly considerate business.

This was my first trip to Yunnan and I was very impressed! The hotel's location is super convenient, close to Lijiang Old Town. They offer a great complimentary breakfast buffet and daily afternoon tea. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, always ready to assist with anything, and they even pre-arranged a private transfer to the airport.

The experience at Zangyuan Snow Mountain View Hotel was superb! The location is excellent, close to the Grand Waterwheel and the Old Town. The rooftop terrace offers unbeatable views directly facing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Naxi-style decor was very tasteful. Breakfast was plentiful, and the service was warm and attentive, with great attention to detail. It's quiet yet centrally located, making it convenient for getting around and perfect for photos. Staying here in Lijiang is absolutely worth it, highly recommended!

The hotel's service was incredibly attentive, making it one of the most comfortable stays I've had since moving to Yunnan. Plus, it's right next to Heilongtan Park, which is one of the best spots to view and photograph Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. You can also get a great view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the hotel's 7th floor – definitely check it out, you won't be disappointed! It's about a 15-minute walk from the Old Town, offering a nice balance between peace and accessibility. Highly recommend staying here!

Environment: The surroundings are quiet, parking is easy, and it's very close to the ancient town. The front desk lady even sent a compiled travel guide and afternoon tea during check-in.
