The staff are very lovely. Rooms ,Prime location in Lijiang Ancient Town. Easy access to various restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and bars. An ideal accommodation with beautiful surroundings. Close to the old town and night market, friendly service, excellent overall, clean rooms, and within walking distance to Sifang Street and Mu Mansion.

I never leave negative reviews because I respect other people’s work and I don’t like speaking badly about places. However, I believe it’s important to do so in this case because the photos of the room absolutely do not reflect reality. We had booked 3 nights and stayed only one night; after that we checked out early and booked the remaining two nights at another property. What went wrong? The room is in a state of semi-abandonment: there are no bedside lamps next to the bed, only tangled cables left behind; the bathroom curtains, including the shower one, are moldy; the drain gets clogged, and the sink must be used very carefully because it is unstable and you risk pulling it off; the hairdryer is missing the nozzle, and even when requested they do not provide one because it is unavailable. At reception you are completely ignored; there is no assistance of any kind. We did receive a refund for the two unused nights, so that part was fine. If you’re looking for something cheap and acceptable, this place might be for you, but don’t be fooled by the photos.
