Very bad experience - because of the coffee machine in the lobby and the front desk staff. There is a coffee machine in the lobby. I asked the front desk staff if I could use it. The staff said yes, just scan the code and pay. OK, I scanned the code and paid. Then the machine started to work. I saw that the place below to receive coffee was empty, and then asked the waiter if there was a cup? The waiter said "there is a cup" without even looking. As a result, I watched the water and milk flow down in turn, but there was no cup to catch them (I thought the machine would come with a cup at first). I thought there was a problem and hurriedly called the waiter to come. When the waiter came closer, the coffee came out, and it was all wasted. The waiter said, "Oh, there is no cup.
