Invited by a friend to visit Liling Ceramic Valley, I booked a room temporarily. I got a leisure suite by accident. Hygiene: Average. I understand that it was because of the rush to get a room, and the details of the bathroom hygiene need to be paid attention to. Environment: Satisfactory. The front desk said that the leisure suites are all on the seventh floor, so I can hear the sound of the mahjong machine in the next room, so I won’t say anything. Facilities: Complete. Everything you need. Service: Needs to be improved. I called the front desk and thought I could send two more bottles of free water, but there was no, they just emphasized that there was water for sale in the vending machine outside.

The hotel is very unique. The overall service is very good. You can visit the museum right after leaving the hotel. It is very convenient. The attitude of the staff is also very good. I saw the porcelain in the Porcelain Valley Supermarket. The porcelain is also very shocking. This is a very satisfactory stay experience

The weather was over 30 degrees during the day, but the air conditioner in the room was not turned on. It only blew air when it was turned on, and it didn't cool at all. The room was exposed to the west during the day, which meant that the main control was actually at the hotel. The air conditioner in the room was just for show. Although it was over 20 degrees at night, I was sweating. I communicated with the front desk many times, and the waiter was very friendly and brought a fan. But it didn't work. If I hadn't found it when I returned at 10 o'clock in the evening, and the child had fallen asleep, I would definitely check out. I traveled in Hunan for a week, and the air conditioners of hotels over 100 yuan could be turned on at will, but this four-star hotel that cost several hundred yuan didn't even want to turn on the air conditioner, and only the lobby on the first floor had the air conditioner turned on. It's really outrageous! I don't recommend it and I won't stay there again.
