酒店沒有浴巾，要前台送過來後，也沒敢用。浴巾，腳墊發黑，全都是飛邊，洞洞，還臟。洗手枱上都是水跡。沙發上也都是污跡。沒想到維也納連鎖居然差到這樣。早餐也是，種類很少不説，點麪吃居然説今天沒有，可是5分鐘後其他然去點，居然又有了。

來參加馬拉松住這裏最方便，服務員素質都不錯，特別是13樓服務很好👍有求必有迴應，需改進的是毛巾太舊。在縣城做出品質服務，確實需要全國連鎖經營標準規範一致。
