The location is good, but the hygiene is not very good. There were mosquitoes as soon as we entered the room, and we also found spiders later😢The bathroom design is very strange, there is no bath screen or shower curtain to separate dry and wet areas. I have booked many hotels on the trip.com platform, and this is the one with the worst experience. In addition, two hotel platforms in a row did not notify the hotel of opening a sofa bed according to the reservation remark. The hotel was not prepared at all. Fortunately, the hotel acted quickly and only delayed about 15 minutes. It may seem like a small matter, but the experience is real. Difference.

Boa Hotel is very central, very clean and very comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful in every way, couldn’t be faulted. Breakfast had all options, fruit, lovely bread and pastries. Also bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages and beans. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again next time we’re in Lille

We’ve just returned from a wonderful trip to Lille. Our trip was enhanced by our stay at The Boa. From start to finish we couldn’t have had better service from the Boa team. Friendly, helpful staff, a lovely room and great breakfast. An added bonus was the free drink in the bar each evening just because we didn’t have our linens replaced daily. What a great idea to help the environment, maybe more establishments should adopt this practice. Overall would recommend The Boa to anyone looking for a friendly, comfortable place to stay Thanks everyone

Nice place to stay right near old town center. Staff is really kind, gives great recommendations and was spoke English for us French novices. Recommend exploring and getting lost, there are amazing resale stores in Lille that are fun to play around in.

Fabulous small stylish hotel within easy reach of everything as very central. Staff were extremely customer friendly and always gave service with a 😃. Would not hesitate to stay again. Loved that if you chose not to get your room cleaned they offered a free drink of your choice at the bar. Very eco friendly.

The hotel is perfect for a city break. A few minutes walk away from Eurostar. Very stylish public rooms, with comfy seating. was very nice indeed. The bathroom is huge with a walk-in shower. Great water pressure and very quick to come to temperature. The bed is super comfy with comfortable pillows. But what makes this a standout hotel are the staff. Great service. Very polite and patient with me when kept asking for directions. It was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel. (But please give hotter water for the tea) Also, a shower mat, the shower floor, tended to be slippery. I will definitely come back if I return. Thank-you

A small city centre hotel. Very pleasant. Rooms small but modern, clean, comfortable and bright. Good breakfast, fruit, yogurt, granola, bacon, sausages, egg and bread products. Nice central location, with easy walking to both stations.
