Old and unmaintained furniture, beds, kitchen accessories.

I spent 5 nights, I wasn't particularly keen on this place but it went very well. The people who received were very friendly. The apartment is shared with him, with sheets.. a quichnette corner which can be practical. And what's more, it's 10 minutes from the city center.

Un apparthotel répondant aux attentes : pas de soucis sur le ménage, eau chaude … (comme indiqué dans les précédents commentaires). Personnel à l’écoute. Petit bémol mais connu lors de la réservation appartement au troisième étage sans ascenseur (et Dupleix) ça pique un peu.

A lire les commentaires, plusieurs appartements sont en location dans cet immeuble.
Typiquement des appartements loués auparavant en longues durées et maintenant en séjours courts.
J'étais dan l'appartement où les ampoules de têtes de lit étaient toujours absente.
Pas de set cuisine: torchon, liquide vaisselle, éponge, pas balais.
Pas de gel douches.
Des rideaux pas assez larges et non occultants.
Du simple vitrage côte cour...
Après la gentillesse des gardiens et l'accueil étaient parfait.
Il ne faut pas hésiter à leur demander s'il manque quelque chose...
Mais les déranger tard le soir ou tôt le matin, c'est dérangeant.
Il manque donc juste un tout petit quelque chose pour que nombre des commentaires non sataisant disparaissent.
