Hotel Ambassadeur
"Very disappointed by the quality of service and the management's lack of responsiveness to customer requests. I do not recommend it and will never set foot in the place again."
Clarance hôtel
"It’s an old and dated but clean hotel. I especially liked that they provided slippers. However, I remember having to carry around a big key instead of a card key."
Hôtel Barrière Lille
"I only stayed one night at Hôtel Barrière Lille, but it was exactly what I needed — clean, modern, and super comfortable. The location is great, just a short walk from Lille Europe station, and the area felt safe even in the evening. The room was spacious, quiet, and well-designed, with a really comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. Check-in was smooth and the staff were polite and helpful."
Best Western Premier Why Hotel
"The hotel is in a good location and the front desk service is very good. They even speak a little Chinese."
Appart'City Confort Lille Grand Palais
"The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent with an anti-waste service. Comfortable bed and the room had everything we needed. The carpet in the room was a bit worn, and it was already warm even though there wasn't a heatwave yet. The cleaning wasn't perfect."
Hôtel Mercure Lille Centre Grand-Place
"2nd time here, location is very good, close to train station and city centre, bascially walkable distance to major spots"
Novotel Lille Centre Grand-Place
"Very good location in the heart of the city, very convenient ! A good hotel !"
Ibis Styles Lille Centre Gare Beffroi
"Great location. Great breakfast."
Hotel Carlton Lille
"The room was not ready on time and the clerk could not find our suitcase. The clerk at the reception said that the room was not paid and that I had to pay again! Finally I could prove that it was okay. Impossible to take a bath: a piece of the bath was broken and there was no hot water. Impossible to call the reception. The sound of the TV did not work. In addition, the eggs, bacon and sausages of the breakfast were cold!!! Horrible experience!!!"
Novotel Suites Gare Lille Europe
"Great location, just next to gare lille europe. Friendly front desk staff who is helpful to recommend a place for dinner!"

Novotel Lille Centre Gares
"Location was perfect and just a short walk from both Lille Eurostar and Lille Flanders station. I checked in late with my family at 22:00 but it was very smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. We went to the bar just before it closed but didn’t feel rushed at all. Bar tender was very friendly and made lovely drinks for us all. Would definitely recommend!"
Le Comptoir Industriel
"We stayed at Céline in the context of a City trip lillois en amoureux ! The location of the accommodation is perfect. About 15 minutes walk from the city centre. Céline is of a stupid, ultra arrangent and available gentleness ! The spa in the room was very comfortable and was very comfortable. The hotel is a very good hotel and is very good for us."
