The hotel has a friendly and professional staff.l with nice rooms. The hotel also has an excellent kitchen. I usually go for dinner other places than my hotel when I travel. No need to do it this time . I would particularly like to mention my driver Bosco. Safe driving, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you all. I will be back.

I just had yet another wonderful stay at beautiful Latitude and i expect to be back very soon. Very friendly staff. A special shot out to my driver, Bosco, who is unique in his punctuality and friendliness. Will definately use him next time I am in town. With best regards from Per from Norway

A beautiful classy hotel let down by poor service. We stayed in a suite on a half board basis. Trying to get an answer on what half board entitled us to took ages and meant asking multiple people. Food can take a long time and forget the idea of a quick breakfast in the morning. We had to find cutlery ourselves and lay our own table. Reception staff are unfriendly. But the room was beautiful and pool area too.

This hotel is the only hotel, hostel, BnB or equivalent I have ever stayed in, worldwide, that has not been able to serve me coffee at breakfast! To be fair, it was only one morning out of four, but still some achievement. Latitude 13 Degrees is very expensive for what you get, both for accommodation and food. The decor is tired, the rooms with the mezzanine in feel decidedly unsafe, the gym is below par, and the food, if you can find something they actually have on the menu, is tasty but takes so long to come it's hard not to lose interest.

I have stayed at Latitude my last 2 business trips to Uganda and I absolutely love it. It feels like a second home when I’m there. Big shout out to Robert & Ivan for taking great care of us. Had a fantastic time at this hotel. Staff are real friendly and great breakfasts. If you need a taxi anywhere, ask for Bosco. Good rates locally or airport. Used him all week, very reliable, good communications, modern vehicles. Highly recommend him.

Very good service by the Staff and very good service from the shuttle service, Mr. Bosco Nkhonjera. I will definitely go there again. The menu and food is very good. Communication was always good. The area where the hotel is located is clean and quiet. The hotel can get booked very quickly, so make sure you plan and book ahead of time if your stay is prolonged.

I Was served by Christina, she was so friendly I like the fact that she was willing and happy to take pictures of me and I loved it… the food was very good on a scale of 1 to 10 I will give it 10/10.. I am very happy also with today’s weather watching the swimming pool while eating was a good view.
