Nightmare We got in after a long late flight to them CANCELLING our room. They didn’t even call to tell us they canceled it. We showed up at 1:30am, exhausted to them telling us they overbooked and we didn’t have anywhere to stay. I had my two kids with me!!! All I got was a shrug and a sorry. THEY DIDNT EVEN REFUND MY MONEY!!! Worst ever.

Good parking, nice check in, friendly staff. Keys are constantly malfunctioning, and have to return to front desk for replacements multiple times... Rooms smell a little musty but are clean.

Dismayed to learn at check in that the hotel was overbooked and we were lucky to get the last two rooms. The clerk shared that the computers were down before his shift and that they were having issues. One of our rooms had guests already staying inthe room. The hotel vlerk was patient and was doing the best he could as he found another room for us. Okay breakfast.
