The hotel is located in a great area close to touristic places in Lima and the prices are affordable. Breakfast is delicious. However, the hotel should take care of cleanliness and maintenance a little more.
Elevators do work but look old. The TV from my second room did not work during my last night after an earthquake. And my last room (1106) smell like paint or wood workshop during the whole night and morning.

Great location. One block away you can take the Express Airport bus which runs every hour, for a fraction of what a taxi charges.
Around the block you can find a mini market to buy water ($2 soles ...it's more expensive at the hotel)
The breakfast at the Miramar hotel is amazing. A lot of variety.
The only minus is Not to rely on a wake-up call. Set up your own alarm. The staff was supposed to call us but they didn't (Marilu, who was the staff at the front desk at 5:30am simply forgot).
Other than that it's a great option at a good price.
