The hotel's service attitude was extremely unprofessional. Due to a misbooked date, I went to the front desk to inquire about how to resolve the issue, but the staff simply told me to email and resolve it myself. I also sent an email and requested a refund through Ctrip, but Ctrip didn't respond until three days later, denying my request. I still haven't received a response from the hotel, demonstrating a serious lack of efficiency and accountability. Furthermore, our room type clearly included breakfast, but we were repeatedly told during our meals that "breakfast was not included." We had to wait nearly an hour each time for verification, severely impacting our trip and experience. I am extremely dissatisfied with this and demand that the hotel address and resolve these issues. The room size is not big, just like most hotels abroad. The breakfast variety is OK, but after five days of eating, my Chinese stomach can't stand it anymore. The only downside is that there is no free water in the hotel, so you can only drink ice water in the lobby. It is located in the old city, and the surrounding area is relatively safe. Transportation basically depends on taxis, which are not cheap.

The service is average, the waiter is very slow. Other things are good, breakfast and room are just like home. The price is a bit high!
