Great rooms and facilities. Breakfast is the best I've had in South America. Free use of computers and printing and two complimentary bottles of water. I think is the best trip to a hotel where I go .

It was o great opportunity to meet the best server of Lima: Gary Ibarra, who resolved all our questions, he proposed the best dishes and he was always smiling!!!! Well done Gary and thanks for your professionalism.

Pokoje nie są za przestronne i przez słabe oświetlenie oraz ciemne elementy wyposażenia sprawiają nieco przygnębiające wrażenie. Jedzenie podawane w restauracji jest średnie, zwłaszcza drugie dania. Hotel posiada basen, z którego niestety nie zdążyliśmy skorzystać.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto dos mercados incas, de restaurantes, casa de câmbio, praça..., porém está velho. Nosso vôo chegou bem tarde (meia noite) e não tinha serviço de quarto para pedirmos um lanche. O café da manhã é bem fraco pro padrão brasileiro. Foi a segunda vez da minha mãe nesse hotel e ela disse que em 2019, quando se hospedou, era bem melhor. Precisa ser modernizado.

Excelente ambiente. Buena opción para relajarse ,distraerse y salir un poco de las rutinas. La atención fue A1 en especial los exquisitos tragos preparados por nuestro amigo Bartender Gary Ibarra. Si tienen la oportunidad de ir,no lo piensen. Hay variedad de actividades de recreación. Yupiiii.

He probado el servicio de Restaurant de Inkari suites de San Isidro (avenida Perez Aranibar) y me llamó mucho la atención el excelente servicio desde la persona que apoya en la puerta, los meseros, la persona del mostrador y hasta la señorita que registra las comandas. Todos educados, empáticos, prestos ayudar en cualquier tema al pendiente aunque no le competa. Muy difícil de lograr en una sóla empresa por lo que decidí hacer este comentario porque lo vale y ellos sientan que su trabajo da frutos: la satisfacción del cliente y su fidelidad. Acudo con mi amiga todos los días a almorzar y lo seguiremos haciendo. Muchas gracias!

Destacar la excelente atención brindada por Gary quien fue la persona que estuvo a cargo de la atención durante mi visita. La comida y el ambiente bastantes agradables. La zona en dónde se ubica el lugar es bastante agradable también.

Estuve hospedada por 2 noches en una habitación standard, es una habitación sencilla y cómoda con lo necesario. Lo que no me gustó fue que la tina del baño es incómoda para ducharse, a pesar que tiene agarradera, es muy resbaladiza. Además pedí 2 vasos a la habitación y me cobraron 10 soles por ellos, primera vez que me sucede ese, en la mayoría de hoteles, las habitaciones ya cuentan con vasos incluidos. Recomiendo que deberían remodelar sus habitaciones standard con baños con ducha más seguros para evitar accidentes y que las habitaciones deberían ya incluir sus vasos, tienen frigobar y no cuentan con vasos en la habitación, eso es absurdo. Su sauna y piscina si son ricos y cómodos. Creo que no lo recomendaría, hay hoteles mejores, más económicos y con mejores instalaciones. Sugiero hagan algunas remodelaciones y que no cobren el menaje a la habitación. Gracias
