This is the typical joint that has been quickly and badly upgraded in order to -I guess- get better overall ratings. But wall are still paper thin, pool still closes at 19, restaurant is closed moot of the time etc

Très bon accueil : on apprécie un hôtel où l'on est accompagné à la chambre en prenant nos bagages. Chambre refaite à neuf, jolie avec une vue magnifique (chambre 15). La literie est parfaite, vraiment très confortable. Salle de bain avec douche et toilettes; à noter un miroir grossissant très pratique pour se maquiller. Les prises USB et USBC à côté du lit et du petit bureau sont très utiles. Plateau de courtoisie et bouteille d'eau sont vraiment appréciables. Propreté irréprochable. Le restaurant propose des plats de grande qualité, avec un service parfait et la vue est très belle (en fonction de la table que l'on a). Le petit déjeuner est varié mais en autonomie (self service) avec l'essentiel sous forme de petit buffet : on a apprécié les petites crêpes que l'on peut se faire grâce à la pâte à crêpe à disposition ainsi que le thé en vrac de qualité. Yaourts, gâteaux maison, oeuf, charcuterie, viennoiseries.

Les + : rénovation des chambres (avec ajout de volets roulants, nouvelles fenêtres et chambre refaite du sol au plafond) et rénovation du reste en cours Les - : - aucune insonorisation entre les chambres, on peut suivre la conversation de ses voisins - sol refait mais avec du carrelage (l'acoustique n'a vraiment pas été pensée pour cette rénovation) - literie neuve mais beaucoup trop molle - cuisine du restaurant médiocre (un rapport qualité-prix désastreux) mais captif, vu qu'il n'y a rien d'autre à Château Chinon
