房間門口掛着如家的牌子，和辦理入住的前廳不一致，進入衞生間的門檻過高，看不好的容易滑倒。酒店收取的按金非常無厘頭，房間內既沒有可消費的商品，問了前台是不是房卡按金又説不是，按金收的莫名其妙。沒有電梯，行李還要拖拽很遠才能進入客房區，樓梯很陡費勁上到二樓後，一定要注意腳下隱藏在地板邊角的凸出部分和下沉部分，稍不留神容易崴腳。提醒網上預訂的你，不推薦這家。

非常不滿意，説好有停車場，最後就是整個臨滄自己找車位停了報銷，大晚上找了30多分鐘車位，不是為了方便停車，又怎麼會去住。缺的不是幾塊錢停車費，是為了方便出行。 1️⃣ 虛假承諾誤導預訂預訂時確認酒店自帶停車場才下單，網頁詳情頁和客服均明確標註"免費停車場"，但抵達後被告知車位沒有，自己想辦法找，且周邊無合作停車場。 2️⃣ 處理方式令人失望** 前台僅冷漠建議"自行尋找路邊車位"，未提供任何解決方案（如代客泊車/停車補貼）。給老闆打電話也是讓我們去其他的地方找，夜間在1公裡外找到停車位，攜帶行李步行回酒店極其不便。大晚上到那裡就是為了好好休息，第二天方便出行，結果車子停在很遠的地方。協商退錢，我們換一家有停車場的，錢也不給退！
