Stunning apartment and wonderful hosts. There are not enough Tripadvisor stars to do this justice. Felt like the lady of the manor all weekend. The bed was like sleeping in a cloud, the fresh flowers were a joy, and there were a whole range of other small touches which are simply too numerous to mention. The only thing missing was a bell to call for the maid to make me breakfast! 😁. Already looking at when we can next go back.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights but wished we could stay longer, Neil and his partner welcomed us like we were old friends.we stayed in apartment 4 ,it was a beautiful clean and spacious apartment with tea, coffee and croissant plus a carrot cake left for us as a welcome gift.we walked to the town about 25 minutes so didn't have to worry about driving and parking. Used local taxi's a couple of times to go to bar's and restaurants roughly £8 each way. Bargain as i could have a drink with my meal and not worry. Definitely will be going back later this year to enjoy show's and concerts due in Lincoln.

This is by far the best place to stay in Lincoln. The apartments are beautiful and pure luxury. The host Neal is a fabulous, friendly, kind and really good fun, nothing is too much trouble. I don’t have a bad word to say about the Dower House, I absolutely love it.

This is one of the most spacious and well appointed places we've ever stayed. The apartment was very large and comfortable, and the breakfast supplied was delicious. The bed was comfortable and the whole place was cosy and warm. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all you could ask for including washing machine, Nespresso machine and fridge, Location wise it is just a couple of miles outside Lincoln....lovely and quiet and an ideal base for travelling into Lincoln or further afield. There is private parking on site. Neil the owner was very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. It will certainly be a definite destination on any trip to that part of England.

My partner and I stayed here for a couple of nights over the weekend and we were certainly not disappointed! Neil and his partner are extremely friendly and helpful hosts. We stayed in apartment 4, which had been beautifully decorated and dressed recently, with every detail being tastefully considered. The hosts have thought of everything one could need and included some very thoughtful extras like croissants, milk, coffee pods and cake. The whole building and grounds are stunning and set in a quiet location just outside Lincoln. My partner and I walked into central Lincoln from the accommodation in just over twenty minutes, but there are also regular buses and Uber taxis available. This is a great location for exploring Lincoln and we would definitely visit again. Thank you!! :)

The place was lovely, spacious, clean and beautifully furnished and decorated to a high standard. We very much enjoyed our stay there and would not hesitate to re book and recommend. Communication with the host was excellent and he was very pleasant and helpful.
