The boy at reception counter said I was self pay after ******* already charged me. Then he said my card didn't go through, I asked, will I be double billed he said no. No wash cloths or hand towels in room. I paid AGAIN. After leaving. I called and explained to another girl at reception that I was charged extra after checking bank account. The manager had popped in and stated that it would be addressed. The next day there was ANOTHER charge for the room, instead of it being taken off. I'm beyond frustrated. Still NO RESOLVE, MY MONEY WAS TAKEN BECAUSE OF SOMEONE BEING CARELESS I was charged 83.17 two times, 33.17 once and then the typical 50 deposit. I was disrespected and disregarded. In a storm, I might add. STILL NO RESOLVE

The only thing bad to say is that our door would not latch unless we pulled up on the door. so the first couple times we left the room, it was not locked. i checked with the other 6 rooms in our party, and most of them experienced the same thing. That is a safety thing that needs to be fixed immediately.

I pre paid for a king room over a month prior to the travel date, checked in and was told we were moved to a 2 queen room instead because all the kings were taken.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit my best friend. I was disappointed online it stayed that the room came with a fireplace and once I couldn’t get it to work and spoke with the front desk I was informed it was being removed soon and non functional.
Sad. But still a great stay as always , thank you

The staffing was welcoming and professional. Appreciated that for a change. One item to remedy. Our room was above lobby/eating area, and the music in that area started to early in the morning (6 am) . The music pipes into our room.

The hotel was very clean, like that there was a walk in shower in the room. Stayed on 4th floor could actually see the ocean from the room. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly - will stay again

They closed breakfast at 9 am on a Saturday and cĥecķ out is 11, way to early.
