Excellently located hotel on Brayford Waterfront in Lincoln. Friendly staff. Rooms are a bit dated but overall comfortable and clean. Good free WiFi. Nice bar area but drinks are expensive, Wetherspoons next door but one though!
Would definitely stay again.

Good Location, Room was nice and big. I would stay again if in Lincoln. The only thing that annoyed me was i ordered a Steak Pie from the Restaurant but i got a Chicken pie instead. I had to eat it as it was late and it wasn't that nice to be honest.. Apart from that though it's a decent hotel.
