1:四樓定的大床房四樓五樓一頓指揮，給不明白房來回折騰，房嫂聽不明白話，説換了房間房嫂也不知道酒店房型四樓五樓來回跑.
2:房間馬桶馬桶不好使，堵了漏水，很噁心，布草布草不換，床單被罩上全是頭髮.不知道咋乾的.
3:拖鞋及其臟，佈滿污垢，這樣的拖鞋也往上擺，真是噁心至極.
4:房間內賣的飲料，東方樹葉賣8塊錢一瓶，比市場價格高一倍，也不知道誰給他們定的價格！
5:賣煙，也不知道真煙假煙，就是加價賣，也沒有煙草證，笑死了
6:房間噪音巨大，也不知道隔音咋做的，吵得人都睡不着覺
7:前台客房完全沒有服務這一説，跟消費者欠他們錢一樣，哪有什麼服務啊！噁心死了

房間隔音超級差超級差，對面房間打麻將打撲克隔着兩道門聽的都非常清晰一晚上都沒睡好，房間門都不如自己家卧室的門隔音好

去林甸泡温泉，旁邊就是林甸温泉，但是去的鶴鳴湖，停車不是太方便，但是服務不錯
