The hotel wasn’t clean at all. Room was very small and poor condition. There was a cockroach in the bed . In the lobby there was a sofa which was in a very poor condition and the security guard was sleeping there all late evenings which is very uncomfortable for the guests to pass through. Very unpleasant. The toilet was terrible yellow stains in the commode . The worst part was we booked the hotel a month ago and 2days after our arrival they said we need to leave the hotel as they had to do the refurbishment work. It was so annoying as they could have informed us before our arrival.

衞生可以，第一天我一到就發現房間的頂燈一閃一閃的，告知前台後，電工師傅來看説給我換一個燈，前台人員A也來幫忙了，前台A説因為我房間的燈有問題，所以可以送我一頓明早（第二天）早餐，7點-9點，我説明早走得早，後天（第三天）可以嗎，她邊轉身邊説可以可以。我第二天沒有吃，6點過就離開酒店了。結果，第三天早上我來吃時，保安來問，我解釋了一遍，前台人員B又來問，我又解釋了一遍。前台B温柔地説一般都是當天吃，不會推後。我立即表示不吃了，誰稀罕似的。我請問呢，這個早餐也不是我提出要吃的吧，我提出改個時間，前台A也説可以，但是她們員工之間不交班的嗎？前台B為什麼不知道這個事，我感覺是我上趕着要來吃似的，又不是買不起一份早飯。員工之間還是多溝通、多交班吧。
