Haijiao Mengqi Wanxia Homestay

I passed by a B&B while cycling. It is close to Lingao Jiefang Park (less than a 10-minute walk). It is a B&B with a unique style. The owner's toiletries are very particular, and the bedding is also good. The beach is across the road from the hotel. Lingao is really a very niche and quiet place.

The biggest failure of Hainan trip! I spent two days in Haikou, staying in a budget hotel which cost more than 300 yuan. I was very satisfied with everything. With this wonderful feeling, I rushed to Lingao Cape with great expectations, thinking that the Cape Sunset B&B, which costs 580 yuan and is known as a sea view room, must be great. I arrived at the hotel exhausted, and first I found that there was no parking space and few lights were on in the hotel. I walked through the dim lobby and came to the front desk, where I was first told that it was not a sea view room and that I would have to pay extra if I wanted a sea view room. After checking in and going up to the third floor, I found that there was no light in the corridor! I used my cell phone to light the way into the room and saw a garbage dump outside the window. It was covered with weeds and looked dilapidated. The room facilities are far from worthy of the price of 580. I fell asleep in anger, and was woken up by the crowing of a rooster at 6 o'clock in the morning. Finally, I just want to say that the store owner has a very rich imagination and is very bold in asking for a price, but it's a pity that I can only ask for it once. The scenery outside the window is shown in the picture and is by no means an exaggeration.

The room was just as described: large and clean. The handsome receptionist and the young lady at the front desk, as well as the breakfast waitress, were all very polite and courteous. The breakfast was 20 yuan per person and delicious. The room faced the ocean, and Jiefang Park was a 700-meter walk from the beach. The only downside was the lack of nearby restaurants. It was wonderful to relax quietly on the beach, away from the crowds.
