Отель расположен на краю города, рядом почти ничего нет, до парка идти 20 минут по неприятному району. Не советую там останавливаться, если нет машины.
Номер просторный, комфортный, не хватает холодильника. И не очень чисто - волосы на полу.
На ресепшен сотрудники долго не могли оформить заселение, но были вежливы.

真的是對比前一天在瀋陽住的白玉蘭，服務衞生設施都差很多，不明白為什麼同樣的酒店管理上差這麼多嗎？
首先服務，下午四點到店前台也沒人理，明明備註了要高層，也不問一下就直接給的一層房卡，能理解可能沒清理出來那張長嘴為啥不解釋一下呢？？建議新開的酒店都培訓一下服務接待吧。
另外設施，夜裡的馬桶水一直響啊響真讓人崩潰，建議儘快維修。
早餐就更奇葩了，八點半去的基本上都空了，餐枱上亂七八糟也沒人收拾，這是五百多的酒店該有的服務？？不懂了。

家庭出遊選定，前台服務周到熱情，門口免費停車很方便，沒有車位後酒店工作人員幫助協調安排，酒店新開業的設施非常新，電梯有點小忙。離小布達拉宮廣場很近。

前台服務員服務很周到，房間設施很新，智能服務方便，衞生情況很好，喝水杯子用的一次性密封紙杯太人性化了點贊，免得用起來擔心。不足早餐有的有些涼了，洗面盆設在房間裏多少有一點點反味，需要用水堵上。
