The island was great fun, and the scenery was top-notch. There were plenty of food options, so no worries there. The only downside was the hotel environment itself; the rooms were a bit old and simple, and the bathroom was tiny. An adult couldn't even close the door properly without their knees hitting it. Plus, the toilet kept getting blocked and wouldn't flush properly with normal use. On the bright side, the dehumidifier in the room was a lifesaver, pulling out a full bucket of water!

Facilities: The room size was decent, and the amenities were relatively new. Cleanliness: It was quite clean, with daily housekeeping. Environment: The sea around the island was generally clean, and you could see a 'glass sea'. I want to specifically mention the direct ocean access from the balcony, which was a key factor in choosing this room type. The water level here is quite high in the mornings and evenings, generally over 2 meters deep. The tide recedes from morning to afternoon, especially from 12 PM to 6 PM, when the water level is shallower. After going into the sea, there's a complimentary 'Elf Village' snorkeling experience. Personally, I felt there were some floating objects in the water, which staff said were coral secretions. From the balcony, you could see manta rays and schools of fish. Picture 1 shows what you can capture from the balcony, and Picture 2 shows feeding the manta rays. Service: Not enough water was provided in the room, just two bottles a day, replenished daily. Although the front desk gave us a few small bottles when we asked for more, they suggested we buy our own at the supermarket.

Hygiene: The first thing I saw when I walked in was a dead bug, and there were ants and small bugs crawling on the bed. I guess this is unavoidable when you're staying on an island. The room was on the second floor, with businesses on the first floor. There was a speaker playing music, which was fine during the day, but incredibly noisy at night when trying to sleep. The singing went on until past 11 PM, it was really disturbing. Environment: The only good thing was probably the environment, with its clear 'glassy' sea.

Stayed in the Oceanview Pavilion with the kids. It's located right at the entrance to the island, which saved us a lot of walking. This particular room, A7101, has an amazing view with a corner balcony.

The room was quite old, with the only upside being the unbeatable sea view. The price, including the room, round-trip boat tickets, and ocean theater, was fairly reasonable. However, in the middle of the night, a cockroach crawled onto my hand. I looked under the bed and saw four or five more, which was absolutely terrifying. If you're traveling with kids, I'd definitely recommend opting for a newer room.

The scenery is beautiful and the ocean color is stunning, perfect for a family trip with kids. We booked a Cliffside Room, which was amazing for photos. The most commendable part was the staff helping us with our luggage to the room, so we didn't have to carry our suitcases up the stairs ourselves. They even helped us take the luggage to the lobby when we checked out!

We had an incredible experience in the hotel on Boundary island. For me the room on the first floor with diving included is the best option on the island. Front desk staff and our diving instructor were very supportive. The sunset walk around the island after the crowds left was amazing. The views from the balcony and sounds of sea waves were spectacular. The only thing I regret that we booked only one night on the island. Two or three nights could be a better option to have enough time to enjoy more activities of this paradise.

The hotel is quite old and run-down, and there were even mice outside the room 🐭. The sliding door in the bathroom was completely stuck, and the soundproofing was really poor. However, the room's balcony faced the sea, so the view was pretty good.

Considering the price includes tickets for two people, a boat ride for two, and an overnight stay on the island, it's pretty good value for money. Given that, I won't even bother reviewing the service or the product itself. Pros: If you're coming to Boundary Island, this is a great deal. You can catch both sunrise and sunset, and it only takes about two hours to walk around the entire island without getting tired. It's quiet at night, and the scenery is genuinely beautiful. Cons: The room facilities definitely have issues. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the shower leaked, and the sheets and bedding felt a bit damp. P.S. I wouldn't recommend any of the recommended activities on the island.

This hotel is the only option on Boundary Island, and it's absolutely stunning when the sun is out, perfect for experiencing the sunrise and the crystal-clear waters. The room rate includes tickets for the ferry and island transportation, making it great value for money! However, the hotel's facilities are also quite something – I'm talking 80s wooden cabinets, black sofas, dim lighting, and pretty mediocre service. Asking questions usually doesn't get you an answer, let alone a warm one. Decide for yourself if you want to stay here.

The room's location is great, making it easy to access the island by boat. The room rate includes admission to the scenic area and boat tickets, plus you get access to the island's shuttle buggies. It's really good value for a one-night stay, and parking is convenient.

The wooden cabins are located within the scenic area, halfway up the mountain. I was mentally prepared for the facilities, so I didn't have high expectations and understood the situation. The hygiene was pretty good. However, around 11 PM, there were people loudly singing with a megaphone. After calling the service center, the disruptive singing was stopped. The scenic area needs to regulate the operating hours of its entertainment services; they shouldn't disturb other guests' rest just to make money.

The rooms are definitely a bit old, but there's no other choice if you want to visit the island; you really need to stay there. Otherwise, it's inconvenient to change clothes after getting wet from swimming. Feeding the fish really depends on luck; it's not a sure thing. You can buy tickets to feed the fish starting at 9 AM when they open (definitely wear water shoes, as the sand near the feeding area is coarse and has many small stones that hurt to step on. Flip-flops might get washed away if you don't have a firm footing).

The room was excellent, and the service was outstanding. They helped with luggage, and the shuttle bus made everything very convenient. I stayed in E519, and the location is just as good as some of the more famous spots. You can see both the sunrise and sunset right from your door. Highly recommend for anyone who loves a sea-view room!
