位置優越，樓下就是沙灘，離呆呆島50米。步行就可以坐船登島。離新村夜市也近，吃很方便，老闆很熱情。推薦入住。

整體來説還不錯，就是無有電梯，但是一出門就是海邊，價格也很實惠，比周邊的民宿便宜。真正的海景房，每天早上在陽台就能看到很美的大海，要是老闆再裝修好看點，安全性再完整點那就更完美了。

就在海邊，夜裡能聽到海浪的聲音和漁船的馬達聲，不過要是你淺眠的話建議慎重考慮。緊鄰車站和陵水新村夜市，可以去夜市覓食，很多好吃的，生活氣息也濃。沙灘也很舒服，不趕時間的話一定要去坐一下發發呆

就在海邊，出門就是海灘，小孩玩沙子玩了個夠，風景太好了，離猴島很近步行可至，沒有聽到評論裏説的雞叫，挺好的，陽光沙灘椰樹大海，很愜意，衹是在陽台上幾乎看不到海被椰子樹擋住了，直接下一樓海報看也不錯

房間整潔乾淨！下樓就是海邊，非常漂亮！落日也很美～太適合帶娃來了！！！離疍家魚排也近，住宿後面走5分鐘就是夜市一條街，超級多好吃的！老闆人也很好，退房後發現耳機忘記帶走了，老闆幫我快遞過來！下次來陵水還是住這裏！給老闆👍👍👍👍點贊！

帶孩子出來玩，民宿門口就是海，搬個凳子就可以在海邊看孩子玩，地理位置超好，離夜市吃飯也近，老闆也很好，借我們趕海工具，推薦入住
