到店升級了豪華海景，房間很大，視野特別好，面朝大海還能看到自由燈塔，早餐一般，不過帶小朋友還是不錯的選擇，泳池很多選擇也很乾凈，很適合親子家庭。

清水灣威珀斯酒店是我們全家本次海南之行住的最舒服的酒店。酒店設施齊全，很貼心的給配置了小朋友的用品；房間乾淨且舒服；小童遊樂場所齊備，小童水寨和淘氣堡的大小和配置都是很多酒店沒辦法比的；大人可以玩的水世界和泳池也很棒，玩的很開心。陵水的沙灘果真是三亞沒法比的，先去陵水再去亞龍灣感覺亞龍灣沙子硌腳。酒店周邊兩公里左右有美食城和夜市，整體物價還是比較便宜的。很滿意的一次體驗，如果下次去陵水還住這兒。

房間裏面的沙發特別臟黑黑的 酒店早餐10點半就結束了且沒什麼吃的 很難吃 9月初按道理是淡季了 但是10點到餐廳烏泱泱的人甚至座位都沒有
酒店的沙灘不是私人的 沙灘上的遮陽網被別人承包了138倆小時起租
遊樂場雖然很大但是很多設施都損壞了 而且環境不太好 不通風有點悶悶的

酒店入住體驗很棒，淡季出遊，體驗感很好。酒店服務特別好，離海很近，酒店小孩遊玩設施太多了，住的尊享海景，覺得很划算。酒店配的島風旅拍也不錯，適合不會拍照的家庭，留下漂亮的照片~很推薦威鉑斯👍👍

小管家人很好，幫忙升級了套房，海景房景色確實非常棒，簡直無敵，沙灘的沙子非常細，我從石梅灣過來，明顯比石梅灣的沙更細，沙灘維護不是很盡心，建議做更好的維護，酒店親子設施要啥有啥了，算比較全，小朋友肯定喜歡。最大的問題是服務略落後了，酒店的門僮寧願站着聊天打鬧也不幫遊客提下行李？這是學生上崗沒培訓嗎？

入住之前看到網上評價不高，入住一晚之後才發覺，兩極分化的原因是他家也有“區別對待”。
我本來是在大堂等待辦理入住，但是後來被領到隔壁區域辦理，類似vip的區域，確實很安靜也有空調吹，辦理的也很快。
實際上如果定了泳池房會有更好的服務，當我走進酒店的時候，入住的客人很多很雜，可能有很多都是奔着4000平的小童水上樂園來的，實際上我們定的泳池房最後都沒有選擇去公區，原因是太曬。孩子被太陽曬也不舒服。
我們的泳池房在一樓，出門左轉就是送外賣的區域，還算方便。
酒店的餐廳和電梯有一股黴味。
小童樂園很大很乾凈可以玩很久，但是活動有些敷衍。
管家會及時滿足你的需求，送了很多塑料衣架給我晾衣服，泳池房的床也很舒服，圍欄也是第一時間送到，這點還是很滿意的。
剛放下行李就去吃了牛肉放題自助餐，可能去得早，沒什麼人，還有好聽的駐唱，自助餐的食物屬於中等級別，種類很多，但是質量就一般，200➕的價格也可以了。
小童樂園周邊就有很多餐飲可以選擇，在這邊不會餓肚子。
最後的建議就是，如果區域也可以分一分，分的明顯一些，價格高的客户可以體驗到更好的服務的話，我認為泳池房還是物超所值的。

訂的是海景房，門一推開就可看見遠處無邊無際的海，酒店出去就是沙灘🏝️，總體還可以，唯一一點小插曲就是可能在海邊的原因，入住當晚有不知名的小飛蟲🦟 ，後兩晚沒有，打掃的保潔員還是蠻勤快的，性價比也不錯，下次有機會還會來住！
