這家賓館的性價比真的超高！房間乾淨整潔，床睡得舒服，衞生間也很乾凈。而且老闆和員工服務態度都很好，真的是物超所值。在這裏住了幾天，感覺特別滿意，以後還會選擇這家。

賓館位於城區中心地帶購物吃飯都很方便，房間較大乾淨整潔，設施用品齊全好用特別是熱水壓很足，服務熱情周到，早餐很豐盛，停車還可以，性價比很高，推薦入住。

設施：酒店年頭比較久了，設施比較舊，電視不能遙控需要手動開關衞生：床單被罩還挺乾淨的環境：隔音不好，一大早兩個房間，都被吵醒，一個房間是被隔壁循環播放的音樂吵醒，另一間房好像是保潔阿姨在走廊大聲講話，另外東北地區酒店都不禁煙，走廊進行有煙飄進房間服務：現在入住還收按金的酒店不多了，另外這家店多要一張門卡居然還要50按金……

帶老媽出行這邊地理位置滿適合瀋陽到北京避開京哈高速做中轉的優點是地理位置而且寵物友好樓下能搶到車位。缺點是前台非常差心眼不好想讓我不走攜程直接付款我可以理解但是不能理解為了達到這個目的告訴我攜程上訂早餐不是店裡的自助而是盒飯然後我沒有理她們選擇攜程訂她們也不告知我早餐樓層。而且她們的報價竟然還比攜程高為啥不直接搶錢呢？

全國各地也沒少去第一次遇見這種酒店入住第一天晚上去前台再要一床被子吧前台一個年齡大的服務員説：住滿了沒有富裕的被子我説這麼大酒店沒有富裕的被子她説也沒有！然後一會又説稍微晚點看看有沒入住的看看有沒有富裕的被子最**的是這前台服務員説：讓年輕的晚上別蓋被子了開着空調不冷！真是聞所未聞不給被子就不説什麼了還給客人建議年輕的不用蓋被子開着空調穿着衣服睡覺！我想問問貴酒店的經理這種員工是怎麼教育出來的第一強硬態度咬死了説沒有被子然後發誓説有被子自己****！然後有鬆口説晚點看看有沒有富裕被子最後還建議客人穿着衣服開空調睡！我看實在説不明白回屋子後給攜程客服留言十五分鐘後被子就送來了！那我想説：前台這位服務人員對自己發的毒誓什麼時候靈驗請貴酒店領導在毒誓靈驗後通知一下我！萬分感謝！
