房間很乾凈，一切都是智能化的，天貓精靈很靈，讓開燈就開燈，説關窗簾就關窗簾，對於我這種全手動慣了的人很是喜歡，老闆夫婦也很和善健談，這麼好的設施，價格也很便宜，期待下次來臨海還來他家住，很舒服的入住感覺！！！

來府城旅遊，看是新酒店訂的，設施衞生都很新很乾凈，前台服務很有禮貌也很到位。
酒店和附近景點（東湖，江南長城，紫陽街）都很近，基本都10分鐘步程，酒店後面夜晚吃的也不少，有很推薦的特色炸串店。
就是相對來説房間會偏小一些，整體體驗很棒，沒有其他毛病～

個人覺得這家能評分那麼高 可能一方面是便宜 一方面地段還不錯
隔音非常差 窗户那邊麼 馬路上隨便個車開過 都聽的清清楚楚 門這邊麼 走廊裏隨便誰説話 都清清楚楚
前台大廳裏 經常有人坐那抽煙 也沒人管 不知道是不是每個地方風俗不一樣
房間設施是可以的不錯的

前台服務熱情周到，衞生乾淨整潔，位置超級好，離紫陽街，東湖公園和長城都很近，晚上入住就去景區打卡吃美食，沒有專門的停車場，但路邊車位停車還算方便，酒店負責付款停車費！

前台小姐姐態度超級好，很温柔，服務也很好，酒店也有洗衣機烘乾機，房間挺乾淨的，設施都很新。床不是特別軟的床，剛剛好的柔軟度，睡得腰不疼，枕頭也提供了兩種。

這家酒店房間真心小，家庭房兩張床一放，基本就沒啥空間了，還好衹帶了一個20寸的行李箱，勉強還能放椅子上，衞生間也是相當的狹小，而且最大的問題是下水非常慢，洗個澡水都要漫出來了，還有空調的問題，晚上睡覺聲音很響，老房改造的酒店總之除了地段還不錯，要服務沒服務、連早餐也沒有，唯一的優點就是地段了，到紫陽街步行10分鐘即到。這種房間國慶節也要過千的價格，也是沒有辦法，誰住誰知道！

酒店位置非常便利，出酒店，右走是古街，左走是東湖，上“江南長城”也很方便。酒店兩位前台服務特別好，保潔阿姨衞生也打掃的很乾凈。房間很智能化，天貓精靈一呼百應。周邊飲食也方便，巷子里老應家油炸，真的好好吃。總而言之，滿意！
