房間面積很小，小到連放包的地方都沒有，也沒凳子可以坐，特別是衞生間，設施簡陋，洗澡的話衹有一個花灑，更別説其他的房間設備一塌糊塗。水壺逗包漿了，一次性塑料杯子也臟兮兮的，像是七八十年代的招待所，實在將就不了，後來就換了去其他民宿住了，原計劃單人出行，所以選了這家離紫陽街比較近一點酒店，後因計劃改變，實在不適合雙人居住。其實紫陽街周邊有很多性價比高的民宿，大家可以參考一下，這個賓館下次肯定不會去了。

實話實説衹能算一般，勉強睡一晚，要求不高可以過。房間很小，放衣服什麼的都難。地理位置不錯，離古城很近也挺熱鬧。

房間衞生還可以，周邊環境很好，門口就是一條新的步行街，沿街走過去就是龍興寺，也是興善門登府城牆的入口。但酒店沒有電梯，也沒有自己的停車場。不太方便。衞生間也比較簡陋。
