山頂房間不錯，有地暖很舒服，早餐方便麪，如果不喜歡吃可以自帶。風景很好，看日出特別方便，日出很震撼，雲海也非常漂亮！上山的路二十五公里盤山道開着很刺激。

服務很熱情隨和，也幫忙聯繫了付費的下山包車服務，司機師傅也很熱情。
除此之外的就很一般了，特別是再配上這個價格，山頂環境困難可以理解，但套房連張床也沒就稍微有些不理解了，打地鋪的床墊也就一層枕套也有一些黃色的斑塊再加上沒有門的浴室😂，報價這麼高給出這樣的配置就……還有很大的很大的進步空間。

作為一個住了很多酒店的人，對於雲頂山莊，有種説不出味道，有點糟蹋了好東西的感覺。住的是1200多的“水墨雲端”，居然無法入睡，真的有點恨其不爭。好的地方：山莊所處位置環境真的無敵好，站在屋頂看風景超級棒。服務可以，中規中矩。房間設施也可以，但周圍太差了。不滿意的地方：見第4張圖，在正對山莊的正前面建了一棟把風景完全擋住了視線的土房子1，又破又醜。居然在客房大玻璃窗的正下方又架了一個臨時棚子2。結果就是，花了大價錢坐在房間看風景，看到的就是土房子，本來C位的景色糟蹋的一塌糊塗，晚上一輪接一輪的遊客，就在你窗子的棚子裏喝酒划拳，一直喧鬧到凌晨一點，根本無法入睡。實際上，酒店衹要用心一點，把那個土房子位置和對面停車的位置互換一下，就解決問題了。希望店家看到，能有所幫助。對山莊，還是比較喜歡，給予好評，但真的真的非常可惜。

括蒼山最好的名宿，沒有之一。樓頂是最佳的觀日出點。房間裏就可以看日出，早餐海鮮麪，晚餐性價比高，雞湯很入味。帶了孩子，本來要收被子費用100元，早餐30元，都給免了。看到了心怡的日出，日落因為雲層太厚沒有看到，但是晚上的雲海讓人驚喜。

地理位置特別好，可以看日出，欣賞風車，在房間裏就可以看日出，那是極致的享受！就是價格太貴！越界這間房在北面，房間空間很大，但是有一點點黴味，北面的風景有點讓人頭疼！

山頂風景不錯，就是停車稍微有點擠，但等遊客下山就好了。房間位置很不錯，3麪都可以看到窗外的風景。酒店的雞湯非常不錯，值得嘗試。山頂晚上温度有點低，看日出的話要準備外套。

民宿的整體環境一般，房間硬件尚可，不過存在較大異味，影響旅行的心情。入住期間，酒店商家多次詢問是否需要酒店用餐，推廣其土家菜，讓人倍感不適。
總的來説，針對旅行遊玩的人羣，除了房間異味問題外，硬件尚可，軟件（服務）有待加強。
