我是5月31號入住的，因為是結婚，所以提前定了七間房，31號晚上10點，我需要多訂一間。前台告訴我要交按金。明明知道我們是結婚，親友入住。你要麼就提前問我們要按金，要麼也可以提醒入住的人要按金。在我要加房間的時候問新娘要交按金是什麼意思。我們訂了很多間，需要多加一間。服務態度極差
