房間有異味，床上還有椅子上都是味道，半夜説話特別大聲，非常不隔音，床上感覺有蟲子，衞生非常一般，但前台和搞衞生阿姨服務較好

入住當晚氣温9度，房間空調關閉。致電前台，回覆空調系統關閉，不可打開，關鍵半夜被隔壁房間的狗吵醒，酒店住狗也是醉了。住酒店不讓開空調還有狗入住，奇遇！
