Nobody picked me up In the midst of being homeless and made my reservation after three p m, so i'm sitting here out of curiosity as to if my reservation is gonna be canceled after I made the reservation after three p, m, not knowing if I'll be able to go to a room since i'm homeless?

This hotel is very near BWI Airport which is a great plus. Shuttle service is every 15 minutes. The room was comfortable & clean. Close proximity to places to eat. Recommend this hotel.

I prepaid for my room only to stay for 10 minutes after checking in. The room smelled like a strong cleaner and was not anything like the pictures show on their website. The bathtub had a piece of rusted metal attached, the room furnishings were old and odd characters were hanging out. I felt very unsafe and when asked by the front desk clerk why I was not satisfied, I answered honestly. She told me that because I checked out within30 minutes of arriving, I would receive a full refund. That has not happened and I’ve been told that because I booked through Trip.com I would need to contact them for a refund and do I did but to no avail and the saga continues.
Never do business with Trip.com, they are a Chinese based company and although they said via chat they would contact the hotel manager for a refund, they are not giving me a refund. Please see a snapshot of the email I received from them earlier today.
I will never do business with either company again and urge you to look at the reviews before you book.

No microwave or refrigerator. Needs updating. Office is understaffed so long wait lines for checking in. Clean but led. Great location to airport and rental cars. Close rot food places and gas stations. No smoking on premises but not enforced as I could smell **** throughout. Don’t like the upstairs units elevator and stairs but prefer first level.

This was my first stay and because my partner was using a walker I called the hotel in advance and ask to see if I can get a first floor and they were very accommodating very pleasant and really enjoyed this day the room was exquisite.

Had a great two nights here! Check in and check out was a breeze, the place was quiet and clean. I’d definitely come back!

Because there was an early flight nearby, I only stayed for seven or eight hours. It was an authentic motel with good hygiene. There was a minibus from the hotel at four in the morning. It took about five minutes to drive to the airport. It was very convenient.

The hotel is an authentic motel, next to the air force base. There are no facilities nearby. For food, you can go to the Afghan restaurant next door.
