整體住着很舒服，衞生方面相對滿意，有中央空調，還有洗衣房，樓下停車比較方便，有保安叔叔指揮，距離八坊十三巷大概一公里多，可以步行過去，在街道旁，車來車往的，以為會影響睡眠，到隔音還算能接受。

環境不錯，價格也便宜，停車比較方便。有微波爐加熱，房間晚上睡覺也安靜，旁邊是條河，晚上可以出去沿河遛遛。
