房間衞生乾淨整潔，服務員態度好，前台工作人員服務好，打電話問詢本地的事情，小姐姐很有耐心的回覆我的問題，並告訴我當地的小吃一條街和本地特色，晚上回來房間還給送了一杯晚安牛奶，特別説一下這個酒店的管理很到位，開業幾年的酒店了，房間設施設備保養很新，衞生間的洗澡水很大

房間衞生乾淨整潔，站在窗户邊上，外面的建築物都能看到，房間的枕頭是羽絨的，晚上休息的時候不是很習慣，與前台電話溝通，前台工作人員態度非常好，不一會兒客房大姐給送來了一個蕎麥枕頭，下次首選華銀酒店。

酒店周邊交通便利，環境優美，臨近長安河和白雲湖，酒店大堂顯高檔，房間衞生乾淨整潔，因為帶了孩子，需要多的洗漱用品，客房大姐很快就會送到房間，還給送了一份伴手禮，裏面有孩子很喜歡的飲料和小零食，是當地最高檔的酒店

臨湘最好的酒店，出行位置方便娛樂購物，就在長安河邊上，景色不錯，距離五尖山深林公園很近，酒店停車區域很大，服務態度特別好，從前台到普通的服務員都特別有禮貌，有需求都響應及時。房間大小合適，洗漱用品齊全，早餐豐富，品種齊全，酒店的自助晚餐價格實惠味道還不錯。
