It's the second time that we stay in this hotel and always it's a great option: good location, comfortable, and they help with all you need. Also breakfast is really good.

My friend and I stayed here for one night and, whilst overall our stay was fine, I did feel some things were lacking. The room was large, with plenty of space, but the bathroom was tiny. The windows were entirely frosted which meant there was no view of the outside, which made the room feel rather claustrophobic. But BY FAR the biggest problem for me was the air conditioning. It was on constantly, at the lowest setting, but the room never cooled down throughout our stay. It wasn’t particularly hot at the end of August but with the lack of windows that opened, and high humidity, it made the room feel very stuffy and affected my sleep. The temperature of the room is an important factor for me and I wouldn’t stay here again without knowing beforehand that the AC was working as it should.

Hotel is close to the center of the village, so very convenient for exploring. Hotel room was clean and the hotel very new and modern. External breakfast was offered in the hotel, so you get a voucher to have a breakfast in a small restaurant which is close to the hotel. Staff very helpful, even they didn't speak englisch, but Google Translater helped. Parking for all tourists is outside of the village, so you have to walk to the hotel or you ask for a pick up. Would use this hotel again.

I had a lovely stay here, the staff were so helpful and friendly. They did not speak English but were able to put me in touch with the owner who did. They gave me a great restaurant recommendation and were able to tell me where to hike. The room was clean but the facilities were a little basic - the shower was a little old and the room did smell a little damp. The location was excellent, a bit closer to the quieter side of the village very close to a lovely coffee shop.
There was no breakfast provided but I did go during covid times when they didn't have all the facilities available. This was the same for the village itself as many places were shut and the daily show was not on. All in all a great budget stay!

We booked three rooms in total, and the boss arranged them on the same floor for us. One of the rooms was upgraded to a suite for free. The service was great, the room facilities were very new, and the location was also very good, in the center of the Dong village, on the small road behind the main road, which made it very convenient to go to nearby attractions, and it was not noisy at night!
