They made up the room daily and provided fresh towels. It's in a safe area, close to a bus stop, and tram 28 is within walking distance. I stayed at number 63; it was uphill but manageable on foot, and the elevator worked well. There aren't many condiments beyond salt and sugar, but it's equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and a washer-dryer combo. The heating worked great, and the bathroom was spacious and nice. It was also quiet as it overlooked an inner courtyard. Check-in was easy, though early check-in didn't seem to be an option.

Check-in was quite difficult (you need to email them beforehand). Finding the room was also a bit tricky (there's a second building not on Google Maps). However, for the price, the location and facilities were good.

It was amazing experience! Just be aware in case you need to book immediately, because sometimes it can take time to the information be sent. But I’m so glad to stay there. I had the apt cleaned every day. Fantastic location!

The hotel is good, but the check-in process takes a bit of time since it’s done through a machine, which can be confusing as there are several different buildings. Besides that, we stayed on the third floor and had to carry a large suitcase from Level 2 to Level 3. The cleaners did an awesome job, and the hotel facilities such as the washing machine, oven, etc. are definitely a great added value.

The apartment was well-equipped to house multiple people, with functional amenities. There is an everyday cleaning service & the location of the apartments is situated close to the city centre (10min by foot) and you have a metro stop (2min) right around the corner. The only tough part was checking in at the kiosk, and getting into the building. (I recommend to call the number at the front door, so they can give you an access code and ask for your reservation number, because if you booked through a thrid party, the booking number is different)

It would be good if the check in process was clearly explained beforehand. You will also need to note that there is a electronic check in monitor located near the lift for the self check in after you enter the building. Checking in via automated system was not that difficult but I had a hard time locating the other unit which was probably about 100metres away. I could not locate it on google maps and the map at the front door was not clear enough for me. The locals who stayed nearby kept telling me that there is only one Avenida Serviced Apartment in the vicnity. If you book this place do note that there are 2 addresses. I managed to find the other unit after trying to make out what the map means. They are not far apart. Just note that it is located adjacently across the road. It will be a sloped road thus there will be some difficulty lugging your luggage around the cobble stone roads. Other than this information that I think the host should share beforehand, the rest are good. Nice large apartment and generally clean and well equipped. I will consider staying here again

We saw several bedbugs on the bed headboard and around kitchen on the counter , so we called to customer support at night but their response was not helpful at all. So we called next morning again but their response was just send them email about that. NOTHING help ! Check in was very hard and had to pay city tax 4€ per person. Just consider again when you book here ! Didnt like here at all !

Good facilities, the apartment is very nice, very good location. Could be more clean in the bathroom, and the tv didn’t had good signal in some channels! It was a good night in Lisbon!

Not very clean, horrible experience when we came to find out that the apartment next to us got robbed! We were terrified and the apartments owners were not helpful and didn’t provide any support.
