This hotel is incredibly upscale and luxurious, offering excellent value for money in Europe. It's conveniently located, and the breakfast is absolutely top-notch. The service is first-class, and the hotel is both clean and quiet. Plus, they offer 24-hour access to drinks, egg tarts, and champagne!

I stayed in this hotel several years ago. It was still under Marriott's Tuoge series at that time. The experience was very good! This time I went there again and felt like I had stepped on a thunderbolt: 1) The hotel is in a good location, opposite Sofitel; the location is much better than Four Seasons and InterContinental 2) The hotel has been renovated. It used to be very exquisite, but now it feels like the style of a local rich man in a county town, vulgar and cheap 3) I booked it on the Marriott app before and checked out at 4 pm. This time I booked it on Ctrip, two rooms for three nights, and reluctantly agreed to check out at 1 pm for one room. Later, I asked someone else to negotiate again the next day, and it became 2 pm. The room is also the worst of the same grade 4) The attitude of the waiter is very average. I see that Chinese people don't smile, especially the black waiter inside. 5) Breakfast is not open until 7:30, which I didn't expect at all 6) There is no kettle in the room now, you need to ask for it separately. The bathroom is very large, but there is no bathtub, and the shower is small and the water will spill directly, which feels very tasteless and unintelligent 7) There is no bottled water in the room. Now the two bottles of water are filled by the hotel, not sealed, and I dare not use them at all! Is it so stingy? Maybe I feel bad because it is too bad compared to before. Lisbon itself is a great city! The first egg tart shop I came across on the pedestrian street from the hotel was great, much better than the internet-famous shop next to the monastery.
