Good location, near to the metro and shops. Some renovation is going on at the moment. Room and bed was very big. Overall value for money.

If you're using your hotel to sleep in only whilst you spend the day out and about this is perfect. Located next to the green line which is the perfect line to get you down town in minutes.

The location is perfect not far away from lots of restaurants the staff was helpful .

It's ideal for those who prioritize location and price over the comfort and amenities of a high-end hotel.

Lots of scumbags outside and the hotel workers don't speak Spanish The surroundings of the hotel and the hotel are very bad Everything is very dirty and you have to take Uber to get to the hotel because it is not very safe to walk there A horrible experience I would never recommend it

Total neglect. Expensive, dirty parking, full of junk and almost always open. Carpet in common area on 7th floor old and very, very dirty and wallpaper also worn in some areas (gives a very bad image). They are doing work in the reception and the breakfast area is full of dust. Unfriendly staff. Multicultural neighborhood. 30 minutes walk from the center and the subway at the door. The room is the only thing that was clean and the bed comfortable.
