Fantastic Hotel, staff are particularly helpful and caring for guests. Rooms are spacious and very clean too. Highly recommended!!

The hotel us just right in front of the Olaias Metro Station. It is very convenience to travel from the Airport and in town. It is very fast by the Metro. The room is in good size for traveling and visiting. The breakfast is good and enough for us with good coffee. Things are well attended。 If we found the air conditioner was not working properly, the night receptionist will come to our room immediately to help us. When we checked in the receptionist is not very presented, she said you have booked city view room, the room is like that. When.we went in the first room it was on the 6th.floor, there was no view at all. I then returned to request changing room, the a room on 11th floor was given. She said if you want to change for higher floor, you have to said to my manager, she is off today. So the next morning, I asked the manager, she was so helpful and immediately gave me a room on higher floor to get rid of the two sided walls. To what I believe us that if the young receptionist presented in a more friendly way, and offer her services to request her manager rather than asking the customer to approach her manager directly. So far we are happy with our stay and hopefully the hotel could improve the customer services with the young lady receptionist.

Everything was top notch. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean, great heating / aircon. Lots of TV channels. Fantastic breakfast. Amazing location beside metro station, large supermarket next door. My second time here and it was even better this time. Definitely my hotel of choice when visiting the beautiful city of Lisbon.

There is metro from airport to right in front of hotel. Not much choices of restaurants around here. A good cafe at left of hotel and a Japanese sushi buffet about 200 meters away. Morning breakfast buffet is good. Lots of choices

We reached the hotel easily by taking metro from the airport. The room was large, clean & bright with a nice city view. The bathroom seemed particularly new (may renovated recently). There is a local mall nearly with a supermarket, laundry shop etc We had a comfortable 3 nights stay here.

The location is too far away from the metro/ tram station , the WiFi connection is bad , also the room amenity like : Shampoo and Soap, is lack of supply

Metro station is just beside the hotel. The king suite with river view has two bedrooms, very spacious and good for three of us. Nice staffs, good breakfast. The amenities are outdated but quite clean.
