great location, helpful staff. this was the cheapest hotel in Lisbon, but we were very satisfied with the price and quality.

The hotel location is great just behind Avenida Liberdades. The hotel is very clean and the check in service was top. Room provided early- 3 hours) and the room while simple was clean and tidy. I missed a safe box and some bottled water in the room. There was some construction in the courtyard which was a bit noisy at times. There are two lifts. Both work perfectly well.
Great aircond and water pressure.

I liked the hotel. Very well situated. I don't like the carpeted floor, although it was very clean. The rooms are small, but they are sufficient for the purpose. Very clean. I didn't understand why it had a balcony, but with only one window, we didn't have access to it. Good breakfast, with variety and quantity. Employee friendliness

The hotel was good. The bathroom door was a bit missing and the breakfast was very scarce and of poor quality. They let us leave our suitcases on the last day.

Good location
Near metro entrances and the center
Small room, bathroom let's not talk about it
Mini sink and just above the toilet so towels often fall in
Shower with sticking curtain
1st day shower gel in small sachet available then nothing the next day
Which means we took the little soap like the old fashioned way
Quick cleaning
Toilet drainage also needs to be reviewed
Breakfast good but nothing more
1 double socket only for the entire room which is really very little
Magnetic card for opening rooms
often defective
Zero-point soundproofing
Unfriendly staff
In short, apart from the good situation as said previously, I do not recommend it
