Quite area, Clean and convenient. There 2 bathrooms and good for 4 pax.

Yes it's in precise location. Thank God I can call for the booking code, but it charge my roaming. Well pls next time show us the booking code bcs I had panic attack lol. The location are great. But i am ok with the apartment style. Near by main area. I love lisboa boa :)

Nice location and automated check in. However, automation prevents check in if not all guests are present. Unfriendly guest relations staff and found blood and bugs in the bed linen

Check in process is tedious. Could have been better with pre check in service to be done online before arrival. No support on site. Housekeeping is not consistent , cups were removed, no top up of tea bags. The only good point is great location and washing machine.

The apartment was new, clean and spacious. But we had a very bad experience here. Firstly, the “sofa bed” was not really a “sofa bed” it was just a regular sofa. We had to ask extra sheets to make it “sleepable”. Secondly, even though the location is very centric, bear in mind that it located on a party street. We couldn’t sleep 2/3 of the nights because of the loud noises outside and the complete lack of Soundproofing. We spent the entire stay, unable to sleep, listening to drunks shouting. They offered us absolutely no solutions or alternatives. If you stay here, bring earplugs!

When register we get an assistance from the service apartment staff, in our booking voucher already mentioned is 2 adult, 2 children and during key in info into the auto check-in machine, my kid saw she key-in 4 adults and question her why is 4 adult but she just ignore him, end up we have to paid more tax.  When we write the email request for tax refund back, they immediately said cannot refund, i further request and on the 2nd only willing to refund back additional tax we paid, and you need to have euro account or paypal only can refund , we pay additional 24 euro, but they only refund we in USD24.

Smart, clean accommodation in a very convenient location. Comfy beds, good shower, and neat kitchen. The only downside is that you get night-time noise from revellers as they go down the street. This didn't stop us from having a fantastic stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly and having a washing machine was a bonus.

Good location in the city centre. Sparkling clean and very good service for daily cleaning . They provided everything we need. Hope can stay again when we back to Lisbon.

We stayed in room 05 on the ground floor right next to the door, which is right next to both the machines and fuses and the elevator. We reported the situation from the phone at the entrance because we heard constant noise from one of the devices last night. At first, he said he would send someone, but no one came. When we called again, he said he wouldn't do anything and hung up on me. Our request to change rooms was also rejected. We were expected to sleep through that noise until the morning, which is impossible. We had a terrible and sleepless night. There was also an electricity problem in the building at night, so some people couldn't enter the hotel. Since they couldn't reach anyone, they started banging on the door, so we had to open the door for them to avoid more noise. Because no one cared about them on the phone either. It was a terrible stay, I don't recommend it.
