The room was basic, but they provided free bottled water – one sparkling and one still. The location was excellent, and the cleanliness was good. Breakfast offered a wide variety, but on our last day, they changed the breakfast location without informing guests. Many people waited a long time for the doors to open, and one guest even left because they were in a hurry and couldn't wait any longer.

I booked this hotel for my boyfriend. I asked the hotel to make some special arrangements and they made sure it was done. Got to know from my boyfriend the room was clean with a massage chair provided. Great view as well.

The young lady receptionist should probably not in the hospitality business. There's nothing hospitable or warm in her welcome. She's like a grinch, worse than the gloomy weather. She also doesn't know what the correct check-in time is. Making us wait longer for the room. She really dampened everything about our stay. The room was obviously old and not well maintained. The triple room was not that spacious for all three of us to be able to move comfortably. This is also pretty far to places of interest but close to the metro. Lisbon is very walkable so next time I would rather stay closer to the landmarks. There are also no nearby supermarkets. The only saving grace of this hotel is the buffet breakfast. The selection was pretty good and food was to our satisfaction! The wait staff are also very attentive

Hotel extra well located, with subway station less than 50 meters away. There are also public bus stations nearby. The rooms are ok and clean, albeit with a older design. Breakfast very generous with a lot of choices. Perfect for a couple days stay.
