Enjoyed the hotel stay during our short trip in Lisbon. Hotel is located in the heart of central Lisbon and near to several metro/ train stations. Hotel staff were friendly and could converse proficiently in English. Room was cosy enough for two of us and my husband enjoyed the plush and comfortable bed. Hotel is also using shower & shampoo products with aromatherapy scent (nice touch there!). Great breakfast buffet too. Only downside could be the weaker in-room wifi - where it's better at the ground level lobby area. Would highly recommend casual travellers to give Our Story Hotel a try ;)

Clean nice hotel located near Russio area.
Staff where nice but not very helpful.
The room is extremely small but elegant there was no space for luggage.
Bed was super comfy and window have an abandoned building view.
Overall was good place to stay in Lisbon.

I had a great stay at My Story. The hotel is conveniently located to major attractions and has an excellent restaurant. It is a boutique hotel so you feel really at home and seen by the desk and restaurant staff. I enjoyed my stay there and look forward to staying there again upon my next visit to Lisbon.

Stayed 3 nights. Clean, tidy, small room with high ceilings. Minor issues can easily be rectified… Room Climate control was locked at front desk which had to be unlocked daily by reception staff?! Coffee machine in room was not re-supplied with coffee on the 2nd day. Staff said that was their policy but quickly corrected that when we asked why there was a coffee machine?

The room was large and comfortable and very quiet. The location was good for theater district but could be more central for sightseeing. Liked to have the restaurant available for breakfast. There are many steps when carrying luggage.

Excellent overall. Very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Very central location. Everything was within walking distance. The rooms were very small but that was expected. Good bar service. A little cramped inside at breakfast but plenty of seating outside.

The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. The rooms are small but that is expected in most European hotels. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. We had 3 rooms and one didn’t have a coffee maker. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and was told that all rooms should have one and they would address it. The next day still no coffee maker. I went to the front desk and the lady remembered our room number without being prompted. She said she would tell her manager. The next day there was a coffee maker brought to the room and when the front desk lady saw me she asked if it was brought to the room. She exhibited excellent customer service and remembered me among all the guest she had to deal with. The location of the hotel was also convenient to all areas of interest.

The location of the hotel is great however the rooms are much smaller then the photos. Furthermore our check-in process was very disappointing: after 8pm there’s hardly anyone at reception. Despite the fact that we messaged the hotel via ********** that we were arriving late, they never responded to messages and we waited 20 minutes at reception for someone to come. When we checked in the room air condition was not working and it took till 11pm to get it to work and the staff never even apologized.
