The service was terrible! This is the worst Hyatt hotel I've ever stayed at worldwide! I was here for three nights and had a sudden stomach bug. I ordered some medicine to be delivered to the front desk, but they refused to send it up to my room! I was in so much pain I couldn't even get out of bed in the room. How was I supposed to go downstairs to the front desk to pick it up?
