Friendly, professional and helpful staff helped with initial issues upon late arrival at WC Beautique - spa hotel. The room was smelly due to smoke and we weren’t given the correct beds for my mom and I. However- they kindly sorted it out by having us stay at their larger hotel across the street. Room had cost beds and modern amenities. Breakfast buffet is simple yet delightful. Location is not far from airport but not in the best area- maybe gentrifying. I’d recommend it.

Nicely designed hotel with many high tech features such as tv behind the mirror, one touch switch for blinds and curtain controls. Also love the complimentary mini bar items. Breakfast selection is limited but yogurt is very nice. Only down side is the hotel surrounding has quite a lot of hobos and have to walk 10-15 mins to reach to attraction places.

Location: Very easily accessible to major landmarks in Lisbon. Transportation: Trams and buses are easily available and within walking distance from the hotel Service: Staffs are polite and helpful. They assist me when i lost my room keys. Room: the room is of reasonable size. Basic amenities (minibar, tv, toiletries, towels) are available in the room. The room has a rose fragrance. Food: There is a Japanese restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast is available with a reasonable price
