What a fantastic hotel , lovely and clean and fresh looking. The staff are brilliant nothing to much trouble at all, always willing to help you. We have stopped here twice last year June & September and we have come back again as it feels like home. Our room is lovely plus we had this room in September, bed is so comfortable and our pillows are as well, we had a fantastic night sleep. We will be back again on our motorbike to see you all again. Ref to the restaurant food lovely and staff are so friendly cant fault place at all.

Arrived on a Sunday night to be advised that there is no food available at the adjacent restaurant, despite it only being 7pm. Room was clean and spacious, and overall it was a quiet hotel, despite being busy. Sadly, again on the Wednesday night, Thursday morning, Thursday night and Friday morning, there was no restaurant facility available at all due to there being a water leak, followed by no water. I struggle to understand how you are unable to offer a continental option instead of completely closing the restaurant and bar. On the occasions that I was able to eat in the restaurant, food was perfectly acceptable and piping hot, with the added bonus that they serve Guiness 0.0 on draft! :)

Booked a weekend away one night in Belfast premier inn and then one night in Lisburn. Unfortunately we received a phone call that a family member was taken ill and later died. So we didn't get to stay in lisburn tried to change booking on line but the system wouldn't recognise our references code and nobody answered the phone either. We use premier inn a lot for holiday's and business it's the first time we have had a problem. They finally answered by email and even though we have 3 future bookings we didn't get any refund. So beware. I won't be using them again.

A very welcome from Stephen when checking in. Nothing was too much trouble to sort out and he took pains to ensure that we had everything we needed. Sorted a table in the restaurant and double checked with the chef that everything would be ok. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Checked in with two very hungry & tired kids. After 15 minutes of waiting to be seen by someone in the reception area. We were finally checked in by a male receptionist with glasses. The entire stay was so badly organised from the beginning as the staff on reception struggled to do the basics of their job. The restaurant was closed that evening with no warning prior to our stay. I later went to the bar to ask for milk for my child & was charged over £3 for one glass of milk, despite being unable to get food within the restaurant. The bar itself was also completely empty - no life at all. This is a business that is clearly going down hill.

The refurbished bedroom was very good , met our needs very well However the restaurant area was not open Saturday and Sunday evening It lacked any ambience to sit in to have a drink and socialise There is no where else to go to in this vicinity So overall I would not recommend to stay in this Premier Inn and will not use it again.

Restaurant was closed in the evening, had the same issue 5 months ago, was told then it was due to refurbishment. How long will that take? Other than that the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, although we were unable to adjust the heating.

The room was great, very comfy and clean. Everywhere else is dirty around the edges, even the corridor leading to the room could do with a proper clean. The breakfast service was a joke, waited 45 minutes to be told they'd ran out of most products. The restaurant wasn't even half full but the staff clearly couldn't cope and were getting more and more wound up the more people would ask for things like mugs for the tea or plates to make toast while we waited. The restaurant used to be a great spot for breakfast but it will be a long time before I'd ever recommend it again. The refund for the breakfast only took 2 days to clear tho.
